Thank you for the great service Nick. You found a solution to repair my Ski Mojo. And without the Ski Mojo I am lost.. So again thank you for the great service and the time you took to repair it.

They are very professionals in their job. They have a lot of opposition for renting equipment for ski and snowboarding. They have like an online app for reservation your equipment or you can go inside and they will help you. The equipments are good and on a very good prices. And they are under the gondola that can take you it to the ski domain. Very nice experience and I will definitely come again there. The ankhs to all the guys there. For the support and help with my wife and my little kid. Keep up the good job.

I experienced shin pain because my ski boots weren’t the right fit. As a first-time skier, I didn’t know what was wrong with my boots until I met Nick from Silvretta Sports. He took the time to measure my feet correctly, and thanks to him, I was able to find the perfect boots. I was really happy with the entire experience!

Before travelling to Ischgl I did some research into the rental shops in the area. The reason was that I wanted to rent all-mountain or off-piste skis whereas the most rental shops offer only piste skis. Silvretta was the only one that offered skis with a waist width greater than 95 mm. A second unique advantage of Silvretta Sports is that they have a so-called test center up on the hill at Idalp. When you rent in the VIP category you can change the skis twice (for a total of three different pairs of skis) at any of their locations. A third advantage over other shops is that you can reserve without making a down payment and paying nothing if you have to cancel the reservation. Some of the oher rental shops require you to pay in advance and don't refund the full amount if you cancel. The staff were capable and professional. The shop responded well to questions over the phone and by e-mail. One member of staff seemed a bit surly when I asked to change my skis, but oh well, perhaps it was a bit of imperfect intercultural communication. Recommended.
