1.
The hirer bears full liability for the rental object.
2.
The rental item is not insured. The hirer assumes 100% of the risk of breakage and 100% of the risk of theft.
3.
In the event of loss of the rental item due to theft or total loss, the hirer will be invoiced or charged for the current value of the rental item. (The current value is determined by our computerised system according to statistics).
4.
In the event of theft of the rental item, the customer must report the theft to the local police authorities.
5.
In the event of damage to the rental object due to improper use or partial damage to the rental object, the repair will be charged to the renter.
6.
It is possible to exchange the rental item for an item of equal value at any time during the contract period. Exchange with items in higher price categories is also possible for an additional charge, but a refund is not possible when exchanging for items in cheaper categories.
7.
The rental item must be paid for by the day of return, whereby the return must take place in the evening, at the latest by the current opening hours, otherwise the corresponding day will also be charged.
8.
If, for whatever reason, the rental equipment is not returned to the hire company on time, the hire company will file a complaint within 3 days of the return date.
9.
In the event of premature cancellation of the rental contract, the agreed rental fee cannot be refunded. Refunds will only be made in the event of illness and/or accident, upon presentation of a medical certificate.
10.
With your signature you agree to the professional adjustment of saddle height, brakes and bike geometry according to your personal details.
11.
With your signature you declare that you have received the rental item in perfect condition.
12.
The law applicable to the contractual relationship in accordance with the above rental conditions is the respective national law of the contracting party.
13.
The rental contract is legally binding on the above terms and conditions when the rental is made on site and/or online.
If you take out a “Silvretta Sports protection package”
all damage to the bike / e-scooter is covered*
*Excluded from the “Silvretta Sports Protection Package” insurance are wilful damage and theft!

10% of the rental price, per person, day & bike / e-scooter
The renter declares
to use the rental item at his/her own risk
and to waive all liability claims for personal injury and/or damage to property,
as he/she is personally liable!
The “protection package” is not a liability, personal injury or property damage insurance!
