Winter
1.
The material is NOT insured against theft, breakage and loss!
(PROTECTION PACKAGE € 3.- exclusively for skis or board PER DAY – NO SELF CONTENT).
2.
In case of gross damage to the running surfaces (e.g. by driving on the road or over stones) an amount of up to
59, – Euro will be charged.
3.
The exchange of the rental object during the contract period against equivalent articles is possible at any time. Exchange for articles of higher categories is also possible for an additional charge, but a refund is not possible when exchanging for articles of cheaper categories.
4.
In case of premature return of the rental item, you will not receive any money back.
5.
Refunds will be made EXCLUSIVELY in case of illness and/or accident, upon presentation of a medical certificate.
6.
With your signature, you accept the business – as well as the rental conditions.
Summer
1.
The renter bears full liability for the rental item.
2.
The rental item is not insured. The renter bears the full risk of breakage and theft.
3.
In the event of loss, theft, or total loss of the rental item, the renter will be billed for the current market value of the rental item. (The current market value is determined by our IT system based on statistics and input from specialized staff.)
4.
In the event of theft of the rental item, the customer (renter) must immediately file a report with the local police department.
5.
In the event of damage to the rental item due to negligence, improper use, intentional damage, or partial damage, the repair costs will be billed to the renter.
6.
The rental item may be exchanged for an equivalent item at any time during the contract period. Exchanges for items in higher price categories are also possible for an additional fee; however, no refund will be issued for exchanges for items in lower price categories.
7.
The cost of the rented equipment includes the last day of rental. The equipment must be returned by 6:00 p.m. (closing time) at the latest on the date confirmed and specified in the contract. In the event of a late return, the renter will be charged for an additional day of rental.
8.
If, for any reason whatsoever, the rental item is not returned to the lessor on time, the lessor will file a report with the local police 48 hours after the return deadline.
9.
In the event of early termination of the rental agreement, no refund of the agreed-upon rental fee will be issued. Refunds will be issued exclusively in the event of illness and/or accident, upon presentation of a medical certificate.
10.
By signing this agreement, you agree to the proper adjustment of the saddle height, brakes, and bike geometry in accordance with the personal information you have provided.
11.
By signing this agreement, you confirm that you have received the rental item in perfect condition.
12.
The law applicable to the contractual relationship under the above rental terms is the applicable state law of the contracting party.
13.
The rental agreement is legally binding under the above terms upon rental at the location and/or an online reservation.
When you purchase a “Silvretta Sports Protection Package,”
all damage to the (e-)bike or e-scooter is covered up to a material value of €300*
*Intentional or willful damage and theft are excluded from the “Silvretta Sports Protection Package” insurance!
PROTECTION PACKAGE FOR BIKES & E-SCOOTERS
10% of the rental price, per person, per day, per bike or e-scooter
The renter declares
that they will use the rental item at their own risk
and waive all liability claims arising from personal injury and/or property damage,
as they are personally liable!
The “Protection Package” is not liability, personal injury, or property damage insurance!
