If you want to head out on a carefree bike adventure, you can take advantage of our Silvretta Sports Bike Protection Package. For just 10% of the rental price, you can insure your rental bike against theft and breakage.
Theft
If your bike rented from Silvretta Sports is stolen, please report it immediately to our Silvretta location. We will assist you in filling out all the forms needed to file a theft report with the Ischgl Police Department. After reporting the theft to the police, you will receive a police report. Please present it at our Silvretta location and you will receive a bike of equal value at no additional cost.
Breakage
If your bike is damaged due to a fall, collision, etc., come to us immediately with the damaged rental equipment and you will receive a bike of equal value at no additional cost.
Without taking out the Silvretta Sports protection package, you will have to pay the fair value of the rental equipment in case of theft or breakage!
The Silvretta Sports protection package only covers the costs in case of theft upon presentation of the theft report! If no theft report is presented, the fair value of the rental equipment must be paid! The protection package is not a liability or personal insurance policy. We are not liable for willful destruction or damage caused by improper handling.
